I disputed some obsolete accounts.had great luck with tu but eq placed a 90 day fraud alert on file .now I can't apply for cap 1. The process starts but no inquiries on report .it sucks cause my score improved some

Are you sure? I had my EQ on freeze and they still approved my venture @ 15k and venture one @ 10k. Do you have existing accounts? Are they specifically asking for you to remove the alert.

They haven't asked they just keep saying I can apply after 30 days but last time they pulled credit was 04 16 15 its been over 30 days

If you don't want the alert on, call EQ and have it removed as it is serving as a hindrance to your applications...
