What bureau does Citi use for HP CLIs?

It will prompt you to enter the limit you want. It will not be an instant approval. The app will go into review. They didn't counter offer me. I got exactly what I asked for. That's why you shoot high. They'll counter offer if they feel it's too much. However, I have a feeling you'll get what you ask for.

Yeah I found out the hard way about waiting too long. Wasted a HP for nothing. Lol

The window to get that second increase on top of the SP increase is small. Even on a HP the system will deny you if you pussyfoot around. The reason given will be you've recently had an increase in the last 180 days.

Come to think of it, is the SP request before the HP even necessary?  I'm not sure what the benefit or drawback would be to it.  Benefit to it I suppose would be it gives you a slightly higher limit, thus making your HP limit request less of a percentage/dollar gain than would otherwise be the case?  Drawback I guess would be the potential of getting the error message / decline reason you referenced earlier, that you received another increase too recently.

Exactly! Plus if you are given a SP CLI. Now you know you are within their good graces. No guarantee..but the chances of a successful HP increase IME.
