I had a TD Card and a Discover Card with $1000 each, 2 years with TD card and 1 year with discover and then I applied for Citi Double Cash and they gave me a 2300 SL. I was pretty happy since that was more than 2x either of my cards at the time. I can't promise they'll do the same for you but as a general rule of thumb, if you always pay back in full the Citi card is strong with a 2% cash back in contrast to a 1.5% of the chase.
