What happens if I apply for Amex within 30 days of denial?

that 30 days clock resets again? Do they pull again, or it's just a flat out denial?

For the same product? I would imagine an auto decline. For another product an additional pull.

You can... but you might want to give us some more information (what you originally applied for, what you want to apply for now, your Fico scores, credit history, etc) so we can help you make the best decision. Hey, i applied with 5 months of history(stupid me), declined for no Fico scores. So far 5 cards, around 10 enqs, no derogs. Thanks a bunch!

You may call the backdoor number to Recon this app. It would not be wise to waste a HP on your EX. I understand that your stats could not generate FICO, AMEX may suggest you some supplimental info to help them reevaluate your application.Neverever let a HP go waste without few Recon attempts.

Wait the full 30 days.

If there is a reason you can't wait the 30 days, that reason will be why its declined anyway. 30 days isn't that long and is better than risking another decline.

Also, the 10 inquiries won't work in your favor. I would not app for anything for the 30 days you are waiting for AMEX.

Did you already apply? I was under the impression that you went ahead already. There are very nice people here and you should take their advice and wait if you have not applied yet. AMEX usually can pull another HP even within 30 days but their suggestion is usually to allow your CR to fresh up. In my personaly experience,I think you should wait few months-possibly three so you can have better chances.

I did on April 1st and was eventually declined for not having fico scores. My Fico is due to be generated on April 26
