I want to apply for a Capitol one quicksilver cc but on the pre qual site it tells me unable to match me to a card but recommend platinum or quicksilver. Does this indicate I would get denied if I went ahead and applied?
I've had a capital one secure card for over 3 months now with statements always being under 10 dollars.

It all comes down to your credit profile and yes, you may get denied.. If you have only had the secured card for 3 months, what are your scores and how does your credit profile look like?
