Whats next step?

Everything below was from the respective banks prequalification sites

Capital One should be about to go up this month with the steps program completed and hopefully unsecure later this year as trends have been going.   Also prequalifed for Plat Unsecured on their page with QS1 Recommended LOL

Discover I am supposedly PreApproved for the IT card- checking data points still to be sure- questionable prequalified offers according to people on this forum.  However ALSO RECEIVED ONE IN MAIL FROM THEM.  I am also technically a student so Student IT is a possibility I think also.

Chase- Nothing

BoA- BankAmericard Cash Rewards™ Credit Card  But also questionable prequalification website LOL

I have NFCU Cash Rewards of 2600SL  Capital One Secured Plat of $200  Total Rewards of $300.  I would like to get 1 more that will grow with me, and get rid of this Total Rewards and Horizon Card later this year that I have.

Maybe I am thinking wrong and Walmart or Amazon would be good?  I dont know.

Just unsure on the correct right step.  FICO 08 in Signature below---

Re: Whats next step?

BoA prequals are usually nonsense.  Discover has a decent chance if the APR is a solid number and not a range, otherwise it's like throwing darts.

I always liked the Syncb Amazon card.  It was my favorite sync card to let go.  If you shop there often it can help you grow since you can grow the limit large and use that limit for leverage of good starting limits at prime banks in a year.  Or any Sync card really, just get one that you'd want to keep.

If you can get Discover that is a slam dunk.  BoA would also be good since they grow well.

Thanks Waverider. I'm going to check data points for Disco IT regular and student and see what things look like.
