When does NFCU 91/3 start? Account approval? 1st charge?

 I have been searching through the long threads regarding NFCU CLI and Additional card and can't seem to find the answer. I received instant approval on 4/13/20, first charge 4/15/20, and first statement cut 4/21/20. When do I start counting the 91 days?

I've had 3 statements, however, the first statement dated 4/21/20 was only for account activity for  4/13/20 - 4/21/20. Any suggestions on when I should attempt 91/3 CLI would be helpful. Thank you.

Typically, it starts from account approval. You also want 3 full statements. So wait for the 3rd full statement for best odds.

91 days from account opening/ approval. 

I believe i mentioned this elsewhere,  but with only a 7 day  first statement, i would wait until after the 4th statement cut since the first statement was not a complete statement.
