When will a CCC give a CLD

I know every situation is different and ever lender is different, but what typically warrants a CLD? I see so many people on here going on app sprees and what not but when these new lenders see all of these accounts and what not do older accounts give a CLD?

Lack of use, Overuse of CL, Credit score drop, Too many new accounts, Stock price fell recently.

It could happen at any time, which is why it's important to have as much as possible.

I think. It's mostly when you pay minimum payments. And a maxed out card. Other factors can cause it. But that's the biggest. They will balance chase you as well.
