Lack of use, Overuse of CL, Credit score drop, Too many new accounts, Stock price fell recently.
It could happen at any time, which is why it's important to have as much as possible.

I think. It's mostly when you pay minimum payments. And a maxed out card. Other factors can cause it. But that's the biggest. They will balance chase you as well.
