My Chapter 13 bk was discharged at the end of May and I want to start rebuilding my credit. I'm unsure where I should start though. I've done a few applications and soft inquiry pre-approvals but have had no luck. Any suggestions?
Experian currently at 644, Transunion at 652, and Equifax at 621
Get yourself two secured cards and a secured loan. Pay on those for 12 months and you should be good to go

Have you tried Discover or capital one secured? I started my rebuild with capital one then discover. Then I got the Amex Optima, which is a second chance card with Amex. US Bank has great secured
cards as well that earns cash back. BOA and Truist have solid secured cards as well.
one thing to know capital will triple hard pull your credit. So I would see if you can get US bank Altitude Go or BOA Customized Cash Rewards secured n
good luck with your rebuild.
if you are looking with ones with no foreign transaction fees BOA Trabel, Altitude Go and Truist do not charge FTF.
good luck with your rebuild.
Those scores are a pretty good starting point, I would check to see where you have a pre-approval, for example AMEX should be able to tell you if you're pre approved before accepting
Check out credit unions in your area. You may be pleasantly surprised. Good luck.
I agree with @markhs777 that your best bet is to open up an account with a good credit union in your area.

You've gotten good advice. As far as a loan, I picked up 30-40 points with a penfed ssl. Just search the terms on here. Sort of like a secured card, you borrow your own money, but at 2%, so it costs almost nothing.

Agree with this...that said, I personally dislike Cap One but Discover is top notch for a secured card and then I'd look at a good credit union.
