I'd like to say the same as everyone else but you never know. Discover will give you a free fico score from Transunion but that's who they pull when you ask them for credit. I did look it up on here and it's really a toss up. I've got an HP on all 3 with different lenders.
Allegacy CU and Altra CU pull TU and are open to anyone
US Bank pulled TU for my Cash+ last year (after telling me it wouldn't be a hard pull since I was in the process of doing a HELOC...but since it was TU, meh).
Citi pulled TU for DH's Best Buy a couple years ago, though they pulled EX for me for HD. For DH's HD, Citi double pulled EX and TU, but he did recon and one may have been due to that (I knew NOTHING about this stuff back then).
Yes, Citi normally double dips. Second to Cap One's x 3.
Gardening doesn't fix chargeoffs or late pays.
I'm that situation where my baddies are are only one bureau. Its kind of negative inclusive to say anyone trying to outsmart bureaus is on the dark path and do cash and carry. That is the tone I'm getting. Removing simple baddies takes months even years, and in those months, a TU approval will build needed history and put miles behind bad marks if they cant go away, across all of the bureaus. Some confirmed TU pullers will look at EX or EQ if they feel its warranted. Synchrony and Barclays are good gambles as stated above. Barclay's wont like it if you get more than a few friends though.
I like to have a good idea of who each creditor pulls so I can keep my inquiries close to balanced across the three CRA's.

I was worried about that last month when I apped for the DC, but I got lucky with a single EX pull.

I feel the same way and think it's smart to know or at least have a very good idea through research prior to apping.
