I have 6 AMEX cards and have been with them since 2017. Increased the limit on my Blue Cash Preffered card 21 days ago and currently AMEX provides the following message when I attempt a CLI on any other card:

"You are not able to request another Credit Limit increase on this account because you recently had your Credit Limit increased. Please try again at a later date."

@CoolHandSean - if approved for a CLI, you have to wait 180+ days to request a CLI on any other (single) card. They do not approve multiple CLI requests within the 180-day window. Therefore, chose wisely which card may get a better CLI outcome, just keep in mind that you can always reallocate limits between cards with some exceptions.

Thanks! I couldn't remember the timeframe so I could only provide that message to the OP for reference. I wish AMEX was like Chase and can do CLI for each card one after the other on the same day.
