Mind you, I only have two cap 1 accounts that I have had for 3 years. I recieved them when I first started out with no credit so I am greatful, but the card refuse to grow. My cl is 500 on each card. I applied for a cli and it said payments were too low. So, I paid the measly $150 off and they offered me a cli of 100 dollars. I didnt take it... wth. My fako score is 666 and my fico 701. I have only had two baddies (late payment) and that was over 2 years ago. I would close them but I feel my scores would tank. Especially, since I recently went on an app spree.
I spoke with a rep and they said you can have more than 2 cards. So I dont know what the deal is with cap one. Maybe I should use the card more? What are you guys thoughts?
