it's denied... I would just call directly into EO office and ask for manual review.
+1. Cap One CLIs using the button are instant. If you get the 2-3 days message, it's a denial.

i woudn't apply for Cap1 again.
Part of why I got the Citi DC was in the hopes of moving away from Cap One. But then, Cap One gave a nice CLI to my QS1. Citi refused to budge from their anemic CL, even when I took an HP. Considering that I've had two COs with Cap One, they've treated me well. I've just about given up on Citi. Experience with lenders can definitely vary, so it's always best to find what works for you. You might be surprised.

I haven't received at auto cli since April of this year. I've been using the luv button and continue to get the 2-3 message. The denial letter stated that an increase was not granted due to a low credit score. The score they listed is not the current EQ FICO score that I receive from this site. Back in October when I tried the letter reported a score that was from July credit report. I reached out to them on Facebook to discuss this issue and received a call a week later (today) from EO. The gentleman asked me a few questions and told me I should hear something in 3-5 days after manual review. I'm hoping this will get me a CLI. It seems that more people have success after talking with someone from EO.
