I just applied for a chase freedom credit card last thursday and im seeking to pull that application now before they proceed any further. i realized i already had a chase credit card so i didnt need two cards from the same entity.
I called chase application center and they said they could pull the application since it had been submitted. Has anyone been successful in pulling their credit card app from Chase. If so i'd be interested on any info you may have in how to pull my app. It doesnt seem likely that i cajn't pull this app. since its only three days since i made the application and its unlikely they've even started the processing.
since my fico scores from myfico are 758 and 748 respectively for myfico equifax and experian, i assume i would be approved when the app completes its normal processing.

Why do you want to pull the application? The inquiries have already happened. If you get approved, you can always close the account or just sock drawer it for a rainy day. The Freedom card has some great cash back deals each quarter so it's very worthwhile card.
If you already have a chase card, let the app go through, and you can transfer the CL on the new card to your other card and close the account if that's the route you choose. There is no problem having 2 cards from the same place. I have 3 amex and 2 cap1. The rewards and limits differ. It can be useful, but of course at the end of the day it's your wallet. But as of right now there is no way to pull the app. If you choose to after you get a decision back, you can cancel the account and it will have the same effect.
