If this is your current profile (from your recent Freedom application thread), then I would hold off for a while. For one, your combined utilization is ~41% based on the listed information, and a couple of those cards are over 50% utilization alone. Two of your cards may be around 2 years in age but your overall AAoA might be too short for Citi at this point. It seem like things need time to grow but most definitely get that utilization much lower.
