hi, its been a while since i posted here. a lot of new info. I currently have a CSP which I opened in April 2017. at the moment the card has 69% usage (emergency flights and expenses) which ill so my best to chop down as soon as possible. I have big trip in November 2020 and running numbers im seeing the CSR could be more beneficial for me so I plan on upgrading. could i make the upgrade even if i still have some balance on the csp yet? is there a way I could get the sub? downgrading and opening a new csr might not be possible since I already have CF & CFU. Thanks in advance.
They will not "bump" it. You'd have to request a CLI which can result in one or two HPs. Otherwise, unless the account meets the minimum CL criteria for CSR, it cannot be PC'd.
