I just applied for a Macys credit I received this message:

 

We are unable to process your application with the information provided. Please contact the number below and provide your reference number to complete your application.

Does this message means that I need verification my information? Could this be a possible approval?

Potentially, yes, but not necessarily. I received an identical message when I app'd for Bloomies. I called in and provided the reference number and immediately was told I'd receive a letter in the mail in 7-10 days. It was a denial. They couldn't explain why it was I needed to call if I was just going to be denied. They didn't ask me one question when I called in with my reference number. Hopefully you have better success! Keep us apprised!
