question about inquiries

So this may sound a little dumb... but i'll go ahead and shoot for it anyways.

 

Let's say I shoot for CSP, and I decided beforehand that I should freeze my EX because I have 4 IQ on it versus my EQ that has 2 IQ and has a higher score for FICO.

Would Chase only see my 2 IQs on EQ? or would they see all of my IQ's within the past 6 months or however long?

Keep in mind that I also have a Chase Freedom account already that i've acquired 6 months ago.

Short answer your app will go straight for review and you'll most likely be asked to unlock EX or risk denial

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
