synchrony bank chat feature

Hi all I have walmart, amazon.com store card and paypal smart connect with synchrony.  I can't find the chat feature on any of these accounts. I'd like to request cli.  Having no luck with the luv button.  Thanks.

Amazon and Walmart have it.... Sign out and sign in again... might start at 7 or 8AM depending on your time zone you might have been just a little early.

yes, when logged into the manage credit card account.  Not the regular store account.
