yeah but their site says "excellent credit" and i have "fair" credit. 686 TU according to CK... so whatever you take from that "accuracy" lol
and i spend $350-$400 on gas a month so i would need to switch out a lot. and they cracked down on getting two sallie's didn't they?

My wife was approved for the Sallie Mae with a 678 TU FICO score - 4 baddies (3 unpaid) and only one other CC in her name.

Also - good luck in trying to PC your Amex ED to BCE or BCP.  I have been trying to get my Amex Blue PC'ed to one of them for months - they only offer a PC to the ED.  I have been told probably 10 times that they cannot do it anymore since they refuse to PC a card from MR points to cash back (I have read how it has been done in the past pretty easily - maybe a new rule though where they can't).  I haven't called the EO yet though - maybe that would get me somewhere.

Main Cards: CSR(30k), DiscoverIT(50k), Freedom(10.5k), Ink+(17k), SallieMae(17.5k), 3x BoA MLB(24k), 2x BoA BBR(16k) and probably too many other cards at this point...

Re: thinking of apping for barclaycard rewards

i just asked a regular rep and he said since they are in the same "class" of card it can be transferred after having it 6 months with no hard pull.

also, since barclay site says you need "excellent" credit for the sallie mae and it's obvious people are getting it "fair/average" credit, does the sallie mae have the same underwriting as the other "excellent" credit cards?
