I think the train has started again. After getting 4 cli's, each at $1500, on the original Discover CLI train earlier this year, got a 5K SP cli about 35 days ago. Today got another 5K SP cli to bring up my discover card to 24k.

It sure seems like it. Lots of reports of CLI's in the 30'ish day range.
I passed my first 3 months mark the other day and tried for a CLI. Instantly approved for $500. I then instantly cancelled the request. I don't know what they want. I've done a couple balance transfers ($6000 total) and paid off $2000 in less than 3 months. I've also made a $1600 purchase and paid that off within a week.
