I called Comenity's customer service to see if it would be a hard pull or soft pull prior to applying. The customer service rep could not tell me one way or the other. Based on recent approvals from others on the forum that were soft pulls, I tried it online and instantly got an $1500 increase.
My last increase on this card was 6 months ago in May 2023.
This could could be useful for some with the extra 25% bonus if you have 20 transactions in a month. This would change gas, groceries, dining, and utilities 3.75%, and all other 1.25%.
