1st Macy's AmEx CLI

My SL was $1,000, after my 1st statement cut I called for a CLI because the app instructed me to.
Then after a HP(EX).... I was denied.
Now today, 2nd statement, I'm instructed to call again. This time it's a SP.
They asked me what credit line did I want, I said $5,000 and BAM! Approved.

Just an fyi -- my 1st CLI attempt (wrongly) generated a HP through csr error. I called and they agreed it shouldn't have happened & had it removed in a couple of days.
