Wife called and requested CLI from $4k on BCE - 17 days before 61 day. Approved for $12k. They did say you're eligible for one CLI every 6 months.

I think it all depends on the last soft pull.  Don't ask for too much or they'll freeze your account and send you the tax form for them to verify income.  It can take up to 60 days for this process.
