Truthfully, I was shocked! Of course, other than my needed repairs over the next couple of months, I will only use them enough to keep them active, and PIF every month. I will only keep balances for my needed purchases in coming months on a maximum of 3 cards.
Just FYI , scores at the time of mortgage app were TU 731, Exp 697, EFX 713. My AAoA wasn't great; I took a break from credit since my DIL in late 2008, so other than a couple of low limit cards, most of my active accounts were from my spree last May. No baddies beside the DIL, so credit good. Income decent as well; around $100K a year.
So, its to the garden I go! I certainly don't need any more cards, so no apps for me until I buy a car, 3 - 4 years for now.

After you will get Lowes card, please login into their chat system and ask for CLI.
