ABT synchrony approval....can I use the card same day?

hi so I just got approved today for the abt electronics card thru synchrony....$3,000 instant approval...They gave me all account info...I setup my account online.....I want to order a computer....can anyone share....thanks

Thanks....no shopping trick....I'm in need of a new laptop and I havent' had any luck with apple...So i just applied with ABT....NewEgg, PayBoo, and HomeGood are good cards for electronics....
