Went from $7,000 to $21,00
Also my credit score went up from 688 to 722. Great month for me. YAY!
Congrats! Amex seems to be the flavor of the month for apps and 3XCLI's If you don't mind me asking how long have you had your card and how much spend did you put through it?
Thanks.
I got it last year in May. I don't know what liked about me, but I haven't really been using it. Average $200 a month...PIF each month.

So was this your very first 3XCLI request since you've had the card?
No. My initial CL was 2K. Did the 3x after 60 days. Then I got a auto CLI around December to 7K.
Seems you had good sucess with them with not much spend. Thanks for sharing the data points and again congrats.

This method is the key to success with both AMEX and Discover. While AMEX lets you be aggressive with CLI's they are consistent. I avg about the same spend outside of say home/auto insurance once a year and have grown from 10K to 50K in about a year between 2 yes 2 CLI requests. Discover was opened at the same time and grew from $4500 to $48K as of this month. Many more requests and effort put into getting them to come up to the same level. They're both solid contenders for a the long game when it comes to credit and have been solid as a rock so far.
