Just sharing that I couldn't wait any more, I applied for the BCE today and got instant approval. No idea on the type of CL yet, but I'm very excited. Just yesterday I did my first successful upgrade of a card thanks to help from here on the forum.
Now, should I complete my app spree by applying to a few more cards (like the Chase Freedom), or do I call it a day and go back to gardening?
I'd rather take the hit on my credit scores now and get the cards I'd like, so that I have time to grow them and age the accounts.
I can live without any of the other cards though, everything I've already received will have me covered.
Thanks again guys!
Now I'm gonna need to put all of my cards in a signature. ![]()

What Does Your Credit Profile Look Like?AaoA,utl%,Inqs?
AAoA before applying for the AMEX was 3 years and 7 months. No derogatories. Util stays at or under 10%. Before the AMEX I had 4 recent hard pulls. Not sure which score they pulled yet, but I didn't get any notices for TU or EX, so I'm assuming they pulled EQ.
Edit: And my FAKOS were between 760-790 from CreditKarma and CreditSesame.
I actually was too, surprisingly. My history is really young (1yr, 1 mo) and I was approved according to the app status site. It was only yesterday so my card should be here next week sometime. Pretty excited.
