So, I was paying off some debt a few weeks ago and I knew that I owed AMEX some $$$ from a while ago when I just got out of collect (about 20 years). They told me I owed about $2500 but I decided to pay current debt before I got back in good graces. Out of the blue I apped today for the Delta Gold. Approved for $3500. Past apps with them have given me a "prior negative history" error or something like that. I got off the blacklist!! Woot Woot
