Maybe I'll call and speak to someone else to see if that's the same story they tell.
When I called about my MSD date, currently 2013, I was asking about my card which was in the mid-1980's. In the process, the CSR mentioned she saw a card MSD from 2003, which would be my corporate green card. It sounded like that would be a fall back option, but not so? I wonder why. The card is in my name, even though associated with / issued through the corporation.

So I did a chat today to see if I could get the MSD changed to 2014. The rep I spoke to was nice and did it with no problem. He told me I would get new cards soon and a confirmation email. Well I just got the email so I logged on to see if the website was updated also and big as day is my MSD of 2012 from my old corporate card. Not sure what changed between our conversation yesterday and today, but I'm not complaining at all!
