AMEX Hilton 3x CLI

I've had the Hilton Amex card since 10/2019 and have been getting declined for credit limit increases every 90 days since. That changed today when I requested a CLI while waiting for a flight at the airport.

I paid the card down to zero balance back in Nov and haven't used it since.
