And using AZEO should give you a few more points. Now that you are with AMEX, all new approvals will be SPs. Within reason and very generally speaking, mortage companies scrutinize inquiries more than new accounts so perhaps you can pick another AMEX before next year.

All Zero Except One .....referring to have a balance 8% or so on one card and the rest reporting 0 to boost your score quickly in a short amount of time just be careful some carriers will not increase your limit or may even lower it if they think you don't 'need' that amount
