NFCU is awesome to the people that have served this country and it shows in their approvals regardless of credit scores.  Granted the APR shows a bit more with the APR, what other lending institution would give 10k with a 570?  Gotta lova NFCU.  Glad I sliped in throgh the backdoor way when it was still open.

Hey bud ..you sure that 570 isnt a credit karma score? We dont use fako scores on here. Just curious ..im blown away. And thinking of asking for a CLI if they really gave you that much. I only ask because sometimes people fico score is way higher than credit karma and they don't even know it. Let me know ..thanks

This APR isn’t possible. NFCU has a hard cap at 18% like most credit unions. 

Regardless, congratulations, that’s a pretty awesome approval if that 570 is your FICO score. 

Edit: I found your mortgage thread and see that is indeed your FICO. Crazy!

Swear man! I get my scores directly from myFICO and pay each month. I had 5 inquiries at the time I applied and 30% utilization.

My relationship with them has been ongoing since 2015. We have no other products with them besides both checking and savings.

My bad man. I just looked back at my approval email and it is indeed a flat 18.00% instead of what I thought. I must have been so excited I misread.

I took a screenshot too but it won’t let me upload. My congratulatory email statues

Ah yes, NFCU tends to throw scores out when it comes to established relationships, that explains it. 2015 is plenty of time to establish with them, treat it well.
