OKAY,
So I Decided to go on a little (well big) app spree this month.
I Opened a total of 6 Accounts this September:
I Requested CLI on all accounts (All comenity cards gave me CLI) (Soft Pull)
Macys
I Applied for the Southwest Credit Card thru Chase (Denied) Too high UTL Called Recon, no luck. (hard pull)
Also Applied for Barclay Bank Apple Visa (Denied) Same reason. Called Recon, no luck. (hard pull)
I Requested CLI on all accounts (All comenity cards gave me CLI) (Soft Pull)
Macys CLI (Soft Pull) (Denied, too low score)
Capital One (For existing account, denied (too low score)
According to MyFico and the denial letters my score is around (Score is 592 / 750)
I was shopping online at Sportsman Guide and checking out with about $75 of items in my cart and a 'shopping cart' pre-approval for their visa poped up. (Wanting to reduce my UTL I accepted... and they gave me $2500) (I checked the others (Fuel rewards, total rewards, and my points, no luck (yet)! 
)
Later that evening I saw comenity offers a VISA Signatue Card thru VIRGIN Airlines.... I decided to pull the trigger (I Applied) Hard Pull. And was instantly approved for $7000 Visa Signature!
Thats not all.... Decided to also try for Restoration Hardware.... $10,000!!!! LIMIT
I am going to stop there... thats enough this year (mayble two!)
