Affinity CU - CC approved (pre-approval link)

Wife and I both joined Affinity CU last Oct, we saw the pre-approval for their visa card last month and applied.

She got 32,500, and i got 35,000.  Even thou it was preapporved, they still ran our credit...both of us at around 800 (EXP).

The whole process took over a week after applying with no communication until the docusign...at one point we had thought it wasn't gonna go thru...

Congrats very nice lines . I am a member applied after joining but was declined for inquires I believe . They keep sending me emails regarding their credit cards , but no pre approvals on the website and it's not like my inquires are not still there so I have not reapplied as I am sure it would be the same results .

do u remember if joining them is a sp or hp? also do u hv any cc on ur credit reports to this range of cl? how many total account  u had, any new a/cs and inquiries in 6/12/24 months? thankyou.
