Congrats!   Try there Line of Credit.  Shortly after I opened my account with them they gave me 15K!    I prefer line of credit over a credit card as I can just get the cash right then and there and not pay a fee when you get money off your credit card.   I don't use the line of credit I have it sitting there looking pretty in case sometime I may need the cash.
