After falling for Amex's Platinum 125k point trap last week, I decided to check with Affinity for their cash rewards card. 5% Amazon 2% gas and some other things and rotating 5% categories. Pulled EX8 738. Approved for $5000@12.5%
I applied for Venmo second but I'm going to save that for last... I picked up the Apple Card with a $6000 limit. I think the highest apr. Not a big deal for me.
Now Venmo... they had been sending me emails and the app said preapproved. Will need it for when my Bbva clear points converts to that garbage pnc card. Breath held aaaaaaaand...
My lowest limit card ever to dethrone a $700 kohls card I had when I was like 18. I could see this limit if I cold apped but to seek me out to give me that limit? And I did it before Apple so no fresh HP to warrant such a low limit. Is there anyone I can call to ask for at least 4 digits? Has anyone ever got a limit increase on this card? This is the first time I've been embarrassed about a credit product 😂. Transunion is my highest 8/9 score too.
