Maybe an unusual data point? Burned Chase almost 8 years ago on a CC included in my Ch13. My credit profile has recovered since with FICO scores in the high 700's. Many inquires on all reports (>5). Many new accounts within the last couple years (>5). I guess the new accounts and inquiries are less surprising for this card but being approved under 10 years after burning them seems less usual.
Got the prequal approval and then applied. Went to 2 week message and received a call from chase fraud prevention about 10 minutes after submitting to confirm my identity.
Approved for 20k.
I wonder if this means I'm off the Chase naughty list?
