Just app'd for the Amazon Prime Visa (already had the store card) and was approved for $9k.
It is amazing what returning to this forum can do to people!

I can post data points for my approval as well:
They pulled Experian (I live in AZ, I've read that which bureau they pull is dependant on your location) - I had 8 inquiries prior to that on my Ex report... My FICO08 at the time of app for Experian was 788 with an overall utilization rate at the time of 1%.

Initially, when app'd on the Amazon site, it stated I was approved with a $5k SL. I checked the Chase portal ( I also have the Freedom card ) and that is where it stated $9k SL. And I got the $70 gift card to boot!!!

The EXACT same thing happened to me, the email said $5k SL and I got a little discouraged, then when I checked and saw the $9k, I was happier lol!
