once you can access it online you should start a chat and request a CLI on it... they will give you more I bet... ask for $10-$15k at least.

and to the other poster that got approved for Walmart... you can usually apply for at least 3 GE accounts right in a row before you "may" start to have issues with approvals but if you have high scores than you can probably do even more without issue.
