I figured I'd try it out since I've had this card for a year now. It instantly approved me for $1,000! That's a $200 increase!
On a side note, GE CLI'd my Walmart Credit Card from $250 to $1,000, so my Amazon and Walmart cards have the same limits on them.
Important note: keep your balances low and GE will be generous with the CLI's. I've only had my Walmart card for 4 months and they CLI'd at 3 months. I've kept the balance low. On the Amazon card, however, I've carried balances within 75% of the credit limit and they only increased it to $800 from $600 at 8 months. I paid the balance in full, waited for a week or so and then requested an increase today and it was approved just now.

Congrats!
Amazon hasn't budged yet for me (opened in July), but I don't use it as frequently as my other credit. Overall, GE seems to reward use and posted balances, IMHO.
Thanks, SunriseEarth!
Congrats!
Thanks, BigBS!

Congrats! Thanks for the advice too. I don't have any balances on my GE cards and only have an 11 dollar balance on the Amazon Store card so far.
