American Express Gold Card Approved After 1 Year of Optima

I burned Amex back in 2020 on 3 cards. I paid them all in full last July and was offered and opened the Optima at the beginning of August 2023. I setup auto pay, made a couple small purchases per month, let the statement post, and autopaid the full balance each month.

 

Today exactly 365 days from opening the Optima, I checked my offers and had the 100,000 MR for $6000 spend in 6 months offer. Approved with NPSL with a 687 credit score. Amazing what can be accomplished in a year!
