American Express Optima

Hi, received my optima application last Friday, sent it overnight, Monday to American Express in SLC Utah, they pulled Transunion and Experian on April 5th and got my approval that card will arrive in 7-10 days!!! So excited to get back with them!!

Yes, I had 2 cards with them, paid them my balance of approx 4000, within 30 days got my app, and now my optima card is on its way!! Very easy process, they are willing if you are willing and able to pay them back, I have a very long journey back to credit health so by the time I am in the 700's again I will have a fairly long hx with my rebuilder cards. I was told my optima card limit would be 700, which is low but I will use, rinse and repeat to show responsible usage.

Congrats on the Optima!!

I went through the same Optima program after burning AMEX years back and it really works. After a year of solid payment history, I was receiving several offers from them and now am back in their good graces.
