So the recommended is now day 91 after opening rather than 61? Congrats on 3x

No, it's still 60 days from activation, 90 days after denial, 180 days after CLI.

Mine was 91 days after activation because I requested an increase upon activation and was denied, so I had to wait 90 days to request again.
