Have you looked recently? They keep offering me a 100 dollar sub to PC essentially making the card free for a year. I have been considering it because best grocey I have right now is 3% and I am really trying to get below 5/25 so no new card to fill the gap lol. I don't need it, but a chase card has become my white whale. You are putting far more spend through that BCE than me, I seriously went to food max like twice for under 150 and bought coffee a few times. Pretty sure you would be a shoe in.

I guess I should have tried the 3X at 90 days, but I waited for the 6 month mark for some reason so I guess im behind the ball playing catch up.
For sure no reason to not wait a few more days. My first year with Amex was a slow start. Got the BCP card in Nov. 21 with 11 months credit history, it was my 6th card and I also had a autoloan, waited 90 days and was told I did not qualify for a cli at 90 days waited for 6 months and grabbed 2 more cards and was told I had too many inquiries. Refi'd my auto loan June 22, picked 2 more cards, a CLI again in October went from 1k to 3k PC'd in Nov to avoid AF, asked for a cli on a whim in Feb, 3k to 9k now asked again this week and asked for 27k and was approved.
Clearly Amex likes me but I don't really understand why I barely use the card, have a short history and a ton of other cards. The only good thing I have going for me is a moderately high income and a stupid low DTI. The only time I used the card significantly was the first month I had it when I cycled over 3k through the card on a 1k limit and at the time that didn't even warrant a cli, otherwise it has been much been dormant for 18ish months

No idea if it is true, but I've seen it said that AmEx doesn't typically offer the bonus for a PC from the BCE to BCP until you've had it for a year, I'm only 8 months in.
