Which amex are you talking about? I got bce. You're saying if I use it to pay my phone bills I'll get 10% every time?

Yes, BCE.. Its an ongoing offer right now which expired 1/31/2017.

So go figure.. You still have 2 months of phone bills at 10% off if you pay using your AMEX BCE.

BCP has it as well. After I paid my cell bill last month it showed it, definitely wasn't expecting the $31 that I saw was off the bill.

Was this on any phone bill or just one cell phone company?   I seen someone posted about Verizon but was not sure if the for the BCP and/or BCE?  ... but was it for their cell phone company.  I jut received the card and did not see the offer on their website.... so is this something automatically done?    Sorry for the questions.. I just think that I am confused.  Thank you in advance.

I think any Phonebill. I paid my AT&T cellphone bill and tried paying my Verizon FiOS bill and received both 10% off.. $15 each credited to my account.

I also think its an AMEX offers. You have to add it claim the offer.
