Can i app for another card right now on the same HP?

I Approved 11pm mst. how long would i have to pull the trigger again without a HP?

You can apply for a credit card and charge card on the same day, however, that does not mean that they will use the same HP.
You can only apply for 2 credit cards in any 90 day period, up to a max of 5 revolvers. Though some mange to acquire more it's very rare.
