I'm already a member of AMEX, so I went in under incongito mode so I could get the rewards. I applied and was said they wanted to make sure it was me who processed the application and sh came back and said the card was approved and would be expedited to me. I confirmed the 100K for spending $3k in the first three months. That's gonna be pretty easy with parties and such coming up and vacations. I did have an ameriprise platinum card I had closed last year, so was hoping that it wouldn't have interferred with this card, and it looks like it didn't!!!! 
pretty happy, but I need to seriosly get back to the garden!!!!

this makes 3 new amex accounts this year! I'm considering closing my hilton hhonors account. it was my delta card converted to Hilton HHonors card to avoid the fee. So I hvae 6 amex accounts. 2 Charge cards and 4 revolvers
