Thanks to all the tips I've reiceved from everyone here I had an amazing end to 2015 and even better start to 2016. Early to Mid 2015 I had low to mid 600's scores with my highest card being my Barlcay Rewards card at $3850.00.
Around Thanksgiving last year I was approved for my first "big" card when I was approved for the CSP.
So far this year for the month of January I have been able to add a total of 7 cards out of the 8 I have applied for.
Lowes - $15K
Home Depot - $10K
AMEX PRG - 50K offer
AMEX Everyday - Denied
Cap 1 Visa - $3K
CITI Simplicty - $1800 - Tried to recon higher SL but no dice.
I tried to garden but this week I applied for 2 more Chase cards.
Chase Amazon Visa - Approved for $1500 (I really only applied for the free $80 Amazon GC offer)
And today I applied for the Chase Marriot Premier Card as I am planning on using Marriott for a few trips this year. After a quick call to Fraud verifications department I received an approval of $5K. 50K MR bonus offer and $200 Marriott gift card after $3k spend in 3 months plus the AF waived first year.
So that puts me at 3 Chase cards in a little over 2 months and 7 approvals In the month of January. Needless to say I am beyond happy and I should probably garden now.
Thanks again to this wonderful forum!
Amazing... Congrats and enjoy it...
Fantastic, congrats on your success !!!
That is fantastic, huge Congrats to you!
Congrats! Impressive!
Great spree!! Congrats
congrats
Congrats on your approvals, man.
With that said, I find it kind of odd that you got approved for the PRG but not for the Everyday?!? I don't have the slightest hint on the UW for those two.
The CSP and PRG (hopefully with the 50K offer) WILL BE MINE this December
(just waiting on 6 inquiries to fall of -all spread throughout the year...damn car shopping back in '14)
