Another Citi Premier Approval (8k, DP inside)

Previously I posted about applying for the card, simply because the signup bonus is high and I have a planned spend. I also always wanted a Citi Custom Cash, and I should be able to downgrade after a year+.

I applied today and was approved for $8k CL with the following statistics:

775 Experian pull
24% APR (wow, those rate hikes!)
Income $60k
0/6, 2/12
13% total utilization across my other 3 cards
Prequalify tool only showed Custom Cash and Double cash

I think they want high utilization since I was doubtful about my thin profile: there were many denied applications with Fico 8 scores well above 800 in the past two years!
